• Report downloads: name, email, company.
• Usage data: pages visited, device, anonymised analytics.

3. How we use it

To deliver requested audits, send the AI Visibility Brief newsletter, share research, respond to enquiries, and improve our services. We process data under legitimate interest and consent (UK GDPR).

4. Sharing

We use trusted processors (hosting, email, analytics, AI providers) under contract. We never sell your data.

5. Retention

Audit and contact data: up to 24 months. Newsletter data: until you unsubscribe.

6. Your rights
